What's the Fiscal Cliff All About Anyway?

Pretty much universally, the "fiscal cliff" is recognized as the biggest problem staring President Obama in the face now that he's been re-elected.  We could very well seeing a massive game of "chicken" going down between our Executive Branch and the split Congress.  Take a look.  What do you think?
