Woodrow Wilson - President of the U.S. during WWI. Author of the 14 Points
Theodore Roosevelt - Resigned his post in the government to lead the Rough Riders in the Spanish American War. Eventually became president. Oversaw the Panama Canal's construction.
John J. Pershing - Unsuccessfully attempted to hunt down Pancho Villa. Became the commander of American Forces in WWI.
William Mckinley - Annexed Hawaii as President of the United States. Later assassinated, making Theodore Roosevelt President.
George Dewey - Top naval officer of the United States during the Spanish American War.
Arch Duke Franz Ferdinand - Heir to the Austrian-Hungarian Throne. His assassination set off World War I.
Gavrilo Princip - Assassinated Franz Ferdiand. Serbian Nationalist.
Henry Cabot Lodge - Top opponent to the League of Nations and the Treaty of Paris in Congress.
John Hay - Author of the Open Door Policy
Francisco Poncho Villa - Prominent General in the Mexican Revolution
Kalakaua - last king of Hawaii

- Alexander Graham Bell - inventor who is credited with the first practical telephone
- Thomas Alva Edison - Great inventor responsible for things like the phonograph, motion pictures, and, most importantly the light bulb.
- Andrew Carnegie - Rags to riches story. Gambled on the Bessemer Process, and won big. Became the biggest steel tycoon in and one of the richest men in America.
- John D. Rockefeller - Ruthless businessman who founded Standard Oil. Did whatever he could to run others out of business and increase his profits
- Theodore Roosevelt - Progressive President. Fought for workers and consumers. Tried to break up the power of the big industries. Known as the father of national parks, and campaigned on the idea of everyone getting a "Square Deal"
- James Naismith - Inventor of the game of basketball.
